Golfplay Two Person Alternate Shot Tournament

Date: Sunday, January 26, 2020

Tee Times: 9:00 am & 12:30 pm

Player Field: 84 players (max) Bays 2-7 and VIP will be used. Register with your partner and comment in the "Special Instructions" if you would like to be paired up with specific two-person teams

Format: Two-Person Alternate Shot (3 Teams per bay)

Course: Phoenix Golf Resort - Champion Course

Tees: Men (White) / Women (Red) - Mixed Teams will play from the Whites

Mulligans: $5 each - all Mulligan money to be donated towards Special Olympics 2020 Spring Games taking place in Waterloo Region in May.  Note Mulligan shots must be taken by the same player - cannot switch between players. (4 Max/team)

Gimmies: 0.00 ft

Registration Fee: $135 + HST/ Team

Entry fee includes: FREE practice round for you and your partner (1 Hour of Bay time in bays 1-7) to be played anytime before the tournament date.

• 25% of registration will go towards tournament purse
• Prizes for low gross & top three low net scores 
• Also, Prizes will be awarded for two closest to the pin holes + one longest putt
• Handicaps will be 80% of the average between the two players. 
  • Ex: Player "A" has a handicap of 6.5 (round up to 7), Player "B" has a handicap of 19.4 (round down to 19) - 7 + 19 = 26 / 2 = 13 * 0.8 = Tournament team handicap of 10.4 = Rounded down to 10
• Gross skins for $10.00/team (Must have cash to play)
